Nude cyclists broke out the body paint on Friday for Bellingham’s annual Naked Bike Ride. Seattle will get its chance to do the same on June 22, for Fremont’s annual Solstice Parade. The Fremont Arts Council, which organizes the event, obviously doesn’t have a problem with public nudity. But are bare-bodied cyclists breaking any laws?
