Is There Still A Glass Ceiling For Women? / Governor Gregoire's Health Care Plan

Governor Christine Gregoire says she can provide health insurance for all Washingtonians in five years. How will it work? Can it work? What does it leave out?

Also today, is still harder for women to get promotions than men? It's called the glass ceiling. Women see the top, but they can't break through. On Tuesday a federal court gave the green light to a class action lawsuit against Wal-Mart involving more than one and a half million women. One key charge - Walmart denied women equal access to promotions. Some point to the lawsuit as a sign the glass ceiling is still there. Is there a glass ceiling where you work? Do you face it? Do you know others who face it? Or does your experience show the glass ceiling has been smashed?
