Your customer service calls are answered in India and your home is full of products "Made in China" A dragon symbol has come to represent China's economic growth — flying rapidly. The elephant represents India — rising steadily. Together they are dramatically changing the global market. What does that mean for America's future?

Robyn Meredith is a foreign correspondent for Forbes Magazine, writing about India and China. In prior years, she wrote for the New York Times. She is an award-winning journalist and a 1998-1999 Knight-Wallace Fellow at the University of Michigan. Her new book is The Elephant and the Dragon: The Rise of India and China and What it Means for All of Us.
Raj Shah is chairman and CEO of Shah Safari, Inc., and International News, Inc. He's been traveling to India for business since the 1970s. His distinguished career includes travel to India with President Bill Clinton's historic trips in 2000, and he has received the Pride of India Award and the Northwest Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
