Over the next few months, we will be talking with folks who have been shaping our region. Today, a conversation with former Mayor Norm Rice. Norm Rice spent two terms as mayor of Seattle, following a stint on the Seattle City Council. He went on to serve as chair of the Federal Home Loan Bank in Seattle and now lectures at the University of Washington. Norm Rice oversaw much of the planning and political changes that are now reshaping the region.
