Sex, Sleep, Eat, Drink, Dream: A Day in the Life of Your Body

Steve Scher
10/23/2007 at 9:00 a.m.

Your body's abilities vary throughout the day. For instance, your stomach empties out your breakfast faster than it digests dinner. On the flip side, your first 30 minutes of wakefulness is when you do your worst thinking. In the evening, your body handles workouts better, and alcohol better too. This is only the beginning. Our bodies are full of mysteries. Are you prepared to know yours better? Or not? Either way, tune in.
