Jay Inslee represents people in Washington's 1st Congressional District, from Redmond to Bainbridge Island. He voted against the bailout package yesterday. He flew back to Washington state last night.

Joe Dear is director of the Washington State Investment Board. His agency manages $78 billion in investments for public employees, which pay for retirement benefits.
