Should The Government Invest Tax Dollars in Banks?

Over the weekend European nations announced they're buying shares in troubled banks in an effort to calm financial markets. The U.S. bailout plan would allow the Treasury Department to do the same thing. Should we?

Also today, a new online service called Mint.com promises to easily organize your finances, and suggest ways you can save money. Plus, young people are registering to vote in record numbers. Will they show up at the polls? We'll hear from some of them.
