Bankruptcy filings in Washington State are up 40 percent from a year ago. What does it mean to declare bankruptcy? How do you do it? When is it your best option? How does bankruptcy affect your financial future? Bankruptcy attorney Jay Jump and financial counselor Andrea Misiano will be on hand to provide counsel.
