How to Go Bankrupt

Ross Reynolds
11/25/2008 at 1:00 p.m.

Bankruptcy filings in Washington State are up 40 percent from a year ago. What does it mean to declare bankruptcy? How do you do it? When is it your best option? How does bankruptcy affect your financial future? Bankruptcy attorney Jay Jump and financial counselor Andrea Misiano will be on hand to provide counsel.

Guest(s)

Jay Jump is a Kent bankruptcy attorney and state chair of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Andrea Misiano is a financial counselor with the nonprofit Consumer Counseling Northwest.
