No Punishment for CIA Officers
President Obama will not prosecute CIA operatives who interrogated prisoners using harsh methods like waterboarding, shackling, and sleep deprivation. Critics say the president is allowing torture to go unpunished. Others say harsh interrogation techniques are necessary and details about them should never have been released to the public. Should CIA officers be punished? Is there blame to be placed? What do you think?
