Door–to–Door Solicitors in Puyallup

A religious missionary group is challenging the city of Puyallup over its solicitation policies. The city's rules say anyone going door–to–door asking for money first must pass a criminal background check. A group called The United States Mission says that's unconstitutional because it hampers their freedom of speech.
