On June 10 an inebriated Stanwood man was leaving a bar. Police arrived, and within a few minutes he was shot dead with seven bullets in the back. The family plans to file a $15 million wrongful death suit. Their attorney shares his take on the case.

Max Blumenthal on 'Republican Gomorrah'

Muckracking journalist Max Blumenthal is known for his stories on Sarah Palin's involvement with a Kenyan pastor who claimed to fight witches and his expose on the theocratic millionaire behind California's Prop 8. We'll talk with Blumenthal about his newly–released first book "Republican Gomorrah: Inside the Movement that Shattered the Republican Party."

Max Blumenthal is an investigative journalist, columnist, documentary filmmaker, and vlogger. His most recent book is "Republican Gomorrah: Inside The Movement That Shattered The Party."
