On June 10 an inebriated Stanwood man was leaving a bar. Police arrived, and within a few minutes he was shot dead with seven bullets in the back. The family plans to file a $15 million wrongful death suit. Their attorney shares his take on the case.

Muckracking journalist Max Blumenthal is known for his stories on Sarah Palin's involvement with a Kenyan pastor who claimed to fight witches and his expose on the theocratic millionaire behind California's Prop 8. We'll talk with Blumenthal about his newly–released first book "Republican Gomorrah: Inside the Movement that Shattered the Republican Party."
