Boeing Dreamliner to South Carolina
Boeing announced yesterday it will build its second 787 Dreamliner production line in South Carolina instead of Puget Sound. KUOW's Deborah Wang reports.

Boeing's announcement about moving its second 787 Dreamliner production to South Carolina means future jobs will be in Charleston instead of Everett. They'll be nonunion jobs instead of members of the Machinists union. What's the significance of the decision for organized labor, Puget Sound, and Boeing? Is anyone to blame? Is everyone to blame?
