Last week Governor Chris Gregoire said that election results should come in faster. If ballots have an earlier deadline, would that discourage people from voting? Governor Gregoire is our guest in the studio today. We'll ask her about the ups, downs and delays in the recent election cycle, the approval of Referendum 71 and the defeat of Initiative 1033.
