Should Inmates Be Allowed To Vote?
Last week the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that inmates have the right to vote. This overturns a Washington State law that bans prisoner voting. Washington officials are trying to overturn the court ruling. We'll hear from the attorney who brought the case and Washington State Attorney General Rob McKenna.
