We're just a week into 2004 and some of you may be trying a new diet to lose weight, get in better shape or improve your health. Have you considered the cost of your diet? Are you spending more to buy fresh foods or foods approved under your diet?A University of Washington researcher has found that processed foods are cheaper than fresh foods and the highest rates of obesity occur among low-income populations.
