Aaron practices employment law and commercial litigation in Seattle. In his employment law practice, he advises and litigates on civil rights matters and other employment issues. He has successfully advocated in many trials and the Washington State Supreme Court. Former clients include law firms, government leaders, colleges and universities, as well as brave individuals.
He has been active in bar associations reforming court procedures and the rating of judicial candidates. Aaron also teaches lawyers and law students, including accredited law school courses on trial practice, non-compete agreements, and starting law firms. His prior work with nonprofit organizations in several sectors, includes advocacy, advice, and board service.
He was educated locally at the University of Washington and Seattle University School of Law. He is a longtime member of public radio.
