Paul Kelley

Paul works with national, out-of-market underwriters on the West Coast and Midwest who wish to message their business or organization to KUOW’s educated and affluent audience. He has 37+ years of advertising/underwriting experience, including 28+ years with The Oregonian in Portland, many of which were working with businesses across the U.S. He graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, where he also worked at The Barometer, the student daily there.
