    One neurosurgeon, 8 million patients

    Alieu Kamara is the first and only neurosurgeon in Sierra Leone. "Before Dr. Kamara, there was no hope," said professor Kehinde Oluwadiya of the University of Sierra Leone Teaching Hospital Complex.
