Director, Business Revenue & Sponsorship
The Director of Business Revenue and Sponsorship is responsible for achieving KUOW’s business revenue goals. They lead a team of account representatives and support staff to deliver customized and off-the-shelf sponsorship opportunities to new and existing accounts (and/or their representative agencies or corporate foundations) across multiple media platforms including broadcast, digital (web/email), streaming, podcasts, social media, and events. Membership Services Manager
Reporting to the Director of Development, the Membership Services Manager will be responsible for acquisition and retention of KUOW members and for achieving our individual giving revenue goals, which represent 60%+ of KUOW’s total revenue. Directs listener-donor direct marketing, on-air and digital fundraising programs, including ancillary programs such as vehicle donations, matching gifts and miscellaneous local giving campaigns. Oversees annual cultivation and stewardship activities for KUOW members. Develops and implements activities that move members through the donor continuum of giving and ensures the viability of membership fundraising vehicles. Collaborates with internal and external experts to re-invent our fundraising future; launch and scale new revenue and membership opportunities to replace diminishing returns from existing fundraising platforms.
