Standardized test requirements scrapped

Until yesterday, Washington was one of the few states in America that still required high school students to pass standardized tests to get a diploma. Governor Inslee just signed a new law that would give students new paths to graduation if they failed those tests. Washington State Superintendent of Public Instruction Chris Reykdal explains what they are.
