Kim Malcolm talks with Seattle University associate law professor Sara Rankin about why she believes Brett Kavanaugh lacks the judicial temperament and impartiality to be confirmed to the United States Supreme Court.

On Wednesday, Rankin and more than 2,400 other law professors from around the country delivered a letter to the U.S. Senate asking that Kavanaugh not be confirmed to the Supreme Court.

The letter says Kavanaugh "did not display the impartiality and judicial temperament requisite to sit on the highest court of our land."
