Kim Malcolm talks with KUOW's growth and development reporter Joshua McNichols about the possibilities for downtown Seattle, which could mean fewer workers, but many more residents.

He tells Kim Malcolm about the city's long term goals to bring more residents and housing to downtown Seattle, which could include converting empty office space into residential buildings.
