Really big tents: a possible solution for Seattle homelessness

Kim Malcolm talks with Seattle city Councilmember Teresa Mosqueda about why she supports using large tents to provide temporary shelter for homeless people in Seattle.

Mosqueda envisions the tents having laundry facilities, showers, bathrooms, space for couples and pets, and on-site case managers.
