Bill Radke spoke with Melissa Miranda the chef and owner of Musang, the Filipinx restaurant in Beacon Hill about how the restaurant is adapting during Coronavirus.

In Phase 2, of Governor Inslee's four phase plan to reopen the economy, restaurants will be allowed to reopen, but they'll have to operate at 50% capacity.

Seattle restaurants are still adapting to the takeout only instructions.

Musang, the Filipinx restaurant in Beacon Hill, reopened it's menus--not doors--again after weeks of operating as a community kitchen.
