It has been three years since former Seattle Mayor Ed Murray and King County Executive Dow Constantine declared homelessness to be a state of emergency. What has happened since that emergency declaration?

Also it’s the last Friday before the Midterm elections and on the ballot are state Supreme Court judges.There is only one contested race for Supreme Court judge on the Washington ballot this year. It’s a race between Steve Gonzalez and Nathan Choi. How do voters chose judges and is it the best method?
