WA may pump the breaks on police license plate readers
Privacy in public is getting rarer and rarer because cameras are everywhere – including on police vehicles.
They have the ability to snap your license plate and let the system run the number.
But this month some lawmakers are questioning: when do these license plate readers, mounted on roadways across the state, go too far?
