Why the Capital One data breach is familiar, yet so unusual

On Monday, Paige A. Thompson, 33, was arrested in Seattle and charged with computer fraud and abuse.
Fazzini is author of "Kingdom of Lies: Unnerving Adventures in the World of Cybercrime."
