Last year, 18,000 people moved to Seattle. And those newcomers may have discovered it can be hard to make friends here. The new civic organization Seattle Chamber of Connection is trying to help newcomers build a community here. Once a month, they host an event called “Seattle Welcome Day” at Town Hall Seattle.
