In this special RadioActive showcase, hosts Gideon Hall and Ada Walther premiere 17 stories produced by young people during a week-long storytelling workshop in summer 2022.
This showcase contains 17 profile stories produced by participants in RadioActive’s 2022 Intro to Radio Storytelling workshop. Individual stories will be released Tuesdays and Thursdays from February-April on the RadioActive Youth Media podcast, and at kuow.org/radioactive.
RadioActive Youth Media is KUOW's radio journalism and audio storytelling program for young people. This hour of radio was entirely youth-produced, from the interviewing and writing to the audio editing. This showcase was produced by Iz Ortiz, with production support from Lucas Galarneau.
